Remember the Magsafe connector? well now you can use this solution but for USB micro-B units. This USB Hi-Speed cable has an USB-A connector in one end and a removable USB micro-B connector in the other end. The USB micro-B plug is held on the cable by a magnet and can be used on both sides, kind of like with the USB-C connector. One side is for charging only via a USB power source, the other side is for faster charging of devices including QuickCharge and for data transfer.
An LED in the aluminum housing indicates the activities of the cable. The cable is protected from outside interference by the integrated shielding.
