ASUS DSL-AC56U is an ADSL/VDSL 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi-Modem/Router, with a combined data speed over dual bands for up to 1167Mbps. On the 5GHz band you get up to 867Mbps of wireless speed over the 802.11ac protocol and over the 2.4GHz band you get up to 300Mbps with 802.11n protocol. Compatible with ADSL2/2+, ASDL, VDSL2, Fibre and cable services it is ensured even for the future.

ASUS AiRadar improves Wi-Fi stability and gives up to 150% better coverage. Most important is the universal beam form that not only work on 802.11ac clients, but even on earlier 802.11a/b/g/n clients aswell. DSL-AC56U is equipped with a powerful hardware NAT acceleration and built-in Gigabit Ethernet. It gives you optimal Gigabit internet performance with a WAN to LAN throughput for up to 900Mbps.

The two USB 2.0-ports allows DSL-AC56U to share printers and scanners over a network, it can even be used as a NAS-unit with high speed when external storage is connected.
